Alhaji Aminu Jamo of All Progressives Congress, APC has emerged the winner of election into Daura/Sandamu/Maiadua Federal Constituency of Katsina in Saturday’s seat in Katsina State.
Jamo polled 55,964 votes to defeat his main rival, Abdulmumini Dan amanar of the PDP, who got 33,398 votes.
The returning officer of the Independent National Electoral Commissioner, INEC for the election, Prof. Marry Agbo, on Sunday in Daura declared Jamo as the winner of the poll.
“Having polled the highest number of votes, 55,964 against 33,398, I hereby declare Aminu Jamo as the winner of the election in Daura/Sandamu/Maiadua Federal Constituency. (NAN) (www.nannews.com)
