In the video shared, Linc said Kambili’s sudden demise has been a traumatizing one for the family. He, however, noted that the 'Edochie' have reasons to be grateful to God.

Lincoln Edochie, the elder brother of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has broken his silence over the death of his nephew, Kambilichukwu.

He shared a solemn video via his social media page on Monday, saying that ‘evil has an expiry date’.

Kambilichukwu, Yul and May’s first son, died two months after his sixteenth birthday.

Linc stated in the video that Kambili’s untimely death was traumatic for the family. He did, however, point out that the Edochies have reason to be thankful to God.

“Hello everyone, the last couple of days have been completely traumatizing, I’m not gonna lie… But the bible says in all things give thanks to God.

“It’s actually difficult practising this because as human beings, it is not easy. But still, the bible doesn’t lie. I know we are gonna emerge stronger from this and I also know that evil has an expiry date.”

Monalisa Chinda reacted to the video by saying “It is well indeed… Been speechless”. Another actress, Uchenna Nnnanna said, “Amen and remain blessed”.
