The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has clarified that Labour Party has the majority members in Enugu House of Assembly with 14 out of the 24 seats.

INEC said this in a statement in which it also released the full list of the 24 members-elect of the Enugu State House of Assembly on Tuesday.

The Commission added that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has the remaining 10 seats in the statement signed by its Head of Voter Education and Publicity in Enugu State, Mr Rex Achumie.

INEC detailed the names, constituencies, parties and number of votes scored by the members-elect at the March 18 election in the statement.

Achumie therefore urged members of the public to disregard any unauthorised list posted in the social media or in online media, but not issued by INEC on the composition of the members- elect of Enugu House of Assembly.
