Senate President, Dr Ahmad Lawan, has commiserated with his predecessor, Dr. Ken Nnamani over the sudden death of his wife, Mrs Jane Nnamani.
Jane Nnamani reportedly died over the weekend in her early 60s after undergoing minor surgery in Enugu.
In a condolence message by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Ola Awoniyi, the senate leader described her death as shocking, devastating and a great loss.
He prayed to God to comfort the former senate president and the family over the irreparable loss and urged them to be consoled by her enduring legacy of good deeds.
Lawan also commiserated with the government and people of Enugu State over the sad incident and prayed for the soul of the deceased to have eternal rest.
