Kogi governorship poll: APC to unveil Ododo’s running mate

The Kogi chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) will on Friday unveil the running mate of Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, its candidate for the state November 2023 governorship election.

The running mate of Ododo is expected to come from Kogi East Senatorial District of the state

In a statement on Tuesday, the State APC Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello, invited some stakeholders of the party in the state to the event.

Those invited include serving Legislators, Commissioners and Local Government functionaries.

“I am directed by His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello to invite the following categories of stakeholders to the unveiling of Deputy Governorship candidate by His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello to be assisted by the State Chairman APC,” the party said in a statement on Tuesday.
