President Bola Tinubu on Monday met with co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bill Gates at the State House, Abuja.
The meeting, which was held behind closed doors also had in attendance Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, who had announced on Friday that the American billionaire would be visiting today.
The new Special advisers to the president were also at the meeting. They are Dele Alake, Wale Edun, Nuhu Ribadu, among others.
The visit is part of the Gates Foundation’s commitment to working closely with communities and leaders to support innovation.
