Fire guts Craneburg Construction Site-yard in Lekki (video)

A fire incident broke out at about 09:48 hours on Friday at the Craneburg Construction Site-yard, old Julius Berger Yard, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

The fire involved sets of containers used as store.

However, the swift intervention of the Epe II Fire Crew of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service helped to curtail the fire from spreading.

The materials used for road construction were stacked in the containerized store as dampening down is ongoing to wrap up the operations.

There was no injury or death recorded from the incident.
