‘No explanation’: Tuchel in trauma as Bayern bow to Leipzig

Thomas Tuchel still in shock as he admitted he has no explanation for Bayern Munich’s humiliating loss to Leipzig in the German Super Cup.
Despite playing at the Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich could not stop Dani Olmo from scoring three times.
Leipzig ended the first half of the match with two goals scored by Olmo in the 3rd and 44th minutes. In the second half, Olmo completed his hat-trick with Leipzig’s third goal in the 68th minute from a penalty kick.
Speaking after the matcg, Tuchel could not hide the shock he suffered from the unexpected defeat.
The Bayern coach said: “I have no explanation at the moment. ALARMING”.
“We’re conceding the easiest of goals. It’s like we haven’t done anything for 4 weeks. What we’ve shown today has nothing to do with how we trained, the form, the atmosphere. It’s alarming, just alarming”.
