Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate Neo Akpofure has officially called off his relationship with fellow contestant Tolanibaj.

The unexpected breakup unfolded as Neo, visibly composed but emotionally charged, read out a heartfelt message to Tolanibaj while they were both in bed.

Neo began by acknowledging Tolanibaj’s positive qualities, labeling her a remarkable person and an inspiring friend who played a pivotal role in his journey on the show.

He expressed gratitude for her unwavering support but candidly confessed that their relationship had faced numerous instances where honesty had given way to pretense.

With a mix of regret and determination, Neo emphasized that the situation at hand was not what he had envisioned or planned for. He touched on his commitment to loyalty and support, but also highlighted the frequent breakdowns of trust and respect that had begun to characterize their relationship.

“I appreciate all that we have been through, but at this point, I think I need to regain control of my emotions,” Neo conveyed earnestly, as he declared his decision to end their relationship. Tolanibaj, suprised by Neo’s announcement, sought clarification and questioned the abruptness of his choice. Neo, resolute in his resolve, reiterated his decision and hinted at distancing himself from their friendship.

The exchange took a further twist when they moved to the restroom, where Tolanibaj attempted to refute Neo’s decision. Despite her plea, Neo appeared steadfast, suggesting that his mind was made up.
