In a recent Twitter interview with renowned activist and author Reno Omokri, Nigerian musician Naira Marley has responded to allegations and concerns regarding his involvement in the tragic death of fellow artiste Mohbad.
The interview delved into the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death and the video that had been circulating online in which Mohbad expressed thoughts of suicide and threats from Marlian music.
According to Naira Marley’s responses in this interview:
- He claimed that he had been out of Nigeria since August 1st and was with his family during that time.
- He stated that Mohbad had left Marlian Music in 2022 and that they had not prevented him from releasing music as he was working with a PR firm.
