5 things to know about wanted Primeboy

Lagos State Police Command has officially declared late Mohbad’s childhood friend, Owodunni Ibrahim, also known as Primeboy,  as a wanted individual due to his failure to honour police invitation.

Here are five critical things to know about the controversial artiste known as Primeboy:

1. Social Media Uproar: Primeboy has recently made headlines due to the uproar on social media, triggered by photos and videos of him with the late singer Mohbad. Rumours have linked him to Mohbad’s untimely death, intensifying public interest.
2. Heated Altercation: Reports suggest that Primeboy, a childhood friend of Mohbad, was involved in a heated fight with the late singer on the night of his final show. Although the dispute was thought to have been resolved, it later raised suspicions due to Mohbad’s ongoing restlessness and hand pain.
3. Police Declaration: The Lagos State Police Command has officially declared Primeboy, whose real name is Owodunni Ibrahim, as a wanted individual. This declaration is a result of his failure to respond to a police invitation for questioning regarding the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death.
4. Physical Description: Primeboy is approximately 1.64 meters tall, has a dark complexion, tribal marks, and is of Yoruba descent. His last known address is 3rd Power, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu. Law enforcement authorities are urging the public to provide information if they come across him.
5. Reward Offered: To expedite his capture, the Commissioner of Police for Lagos State, CP Idowu Owohunwa, has offered a significant reward of one million Naira (N1,000,000) for anyone who provides useful information leading to the arrest of Primeboy. This development captures the seriousness of the investigation and the determination to unravel the mystery surrounding Mohbad’s death.
