The General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has asked Nigerians not to expect relief from the current hardship in the country anytime soon.

Adeboye said this while giving his prophecies for the year 2024 at the Church’s Cross Over Service held at its campground on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

Adeboye who anchored his prophecies on the wind is blowing, however, said things would get better later.

He spoke a few minutes into the new year.

“Everything God is saying is centred around that little sentence: The wind is blowing, include in your prayers that the wind will blow you good. Things will get worse before they get better. Things will get a little hotter before it gets better,” the General Overseer said.

On the national level, Pastor Adeboye also prophesied that some serious secrets will come into the open this year.

However, Adepoye urged members of his church not to lose hope ‘because the wind is blowing means things will get better’.

He also told members of his church to get ready to grab the many opportunities that will come their way this year.

“Some people will start as nobody but will become significant before the middle of the year,” Adeboye prophesied.

On the international scene, Adeboye said there will be divine interventions in parts of the world where things are hot at the moment.

He also prophesied that there would be mighty breakthroughs at the global level in the discovery of treatment for diseases like cancer, diabetes hypertension and so on
