The worst may be over for Chelsea star, Didier Drogba as his Club confirmed last night his release from hospital following medical tests.
The striker was stretchered off during yesterday’s Chlesea 3-1 win against Norwich City after a collision with Norwich’s goalkeeper John Ruddy. Didier suffered a mild concussion as he was given an oxygen mask to aid his breathing. The accident led to the prolongation of the game by 11 minutes.
Chelsea FC in a statement on their website said the club’s medical staff will continue to monitor the 33-year-old over the coming days.
