Actor Uzee Usman has shared insights into the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) nominations, revealing why certain deserving actors were overlooked.
He also expressed his deep admiration for actress Funke Akindele, particularly over her role in the success of the 2023 film ‘A Tribe Called Judah’.
In an interview with Legit, Usman reflected on the challenges of portraying the character ‘Adamu’ in the movie, describing it as one of his most demanding roles in the industry.
However, he credited Funke’s directorial skills for easing the burden on the cast, making the interpretation of their roles a seamless and enjoyable experience.
