Kim Petras calls off all summer festival shows

American-based German singer, Kim Petras has cancelled all her festival performances this summer.

The Grammy winner said she took the decision following medical advice.

She explained that she is going “through some health issues” but didn’t disclose the ailment.

She wrote on her social media platforms on Wednesday, “My buns, I’m devastated to be writing this but I’m going through some health issues and under medical advice I had to make the hard decision to not perform at festivals this summer.”

The singer promised to be “back better than ever very soon.”

Petras was scheduled to perform at a number of festivals this summer, including Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Spain; Mighty Hoopla in London, England; Primavera Porto in Porto, Portugal; and Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle, Wash.

Last week, Petras was announced as the headliner for LadyLand 2024, the annual Pride festival produced by New York nightlife connoisseur Ladyfag.
