Court rejects bail application of Binance executive Gambaryan

A Federal High Court in Abuja, presided  over by Justice Emeka Nwite, has on Friday rejected the bail application of an executive of Binance Holdings Limited, Tigran Gambaryan.

Justice Nwite, in his ruling held that he was refusing his  application as there was no guarantee that he would not jump bail if he was granted.

The judge recalled that his colleague, Nadeem Anjarwalla, fled from the custody of the Nigerian government.

Gambaryan,  Anjarwalla and Binance Holdings Limited  are being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for alleged money laundering and terrorism financing .
