Renowned Nigerian relationship counselor, Blessing CEO, has shared insights into her early life, revealing that she started dating and having marriage experiences very early in life.

She spoke during an appearance on the ‘ThisIsPop’ podcast.

Reflecting on present-day marital challenges, Blessing noted the shift towards hasty unions, contrasting with the traditional thoroughness preceding marriages in the past.

Recalling the customary practice of family inquiries before marriage, she noted its reduction in modern times.

Blessing also delved into the issue of parental neglect, observing how it often compels young girls to seek love elsewhere.

Drawing from her own life, she disclosed how a lack of parental love prompted her to start dating at the tender age of 15, culminating in marriage at 18 — an experience that later led to divorce.
