Nigerian music superstars, Davido, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Rema, Tems and a host of others have been nominated for this year’s Africa Arts Entertainments Awards, AAEA.
They were nominated in different categories of theAfrica Arts Entertainments Awards.
Also nominated are Omah Lay, Yemi Alade, Asake, Tiwa Savage, Simi Kosoko, Majeed, Lojay, Ayra Starr, Kiz Daniel, and several others.
Davido was nominated in twelve categories, followed by Burna Boy with ten nominations while Wizkid was nominated in seven categories.
The awards is to recognise and celebrate the achievements of music artistes across the African continent.
Davido, Burna Boy and Wizkid are competing in several categories, including AAEA Best Continental Male Artiste and AAEA Continental Artiste of the Year.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place in Kenya on August 17, 2024.
