The 26-year old Moses was found dead in a pool at Motun International Hotel at Bamidele Abolaji Street, Dalemo, Alakuko, Lagos where he worked as an attendant.

He had just sat for his West African School Certificate Examination, WASCE, and was waiting to gain admission into a university before the incident happened.

The cause of his death was still strange because, according to the hotel management, he was on his duty post throughout that evening before his body was found in the pool the next morning.

But the parents of the deceased are crying foul and want the police to investigate and bring to book the killers of Moses. They insisted that Moses was not drown as the hotel management claimed.

The police have arrested the hotel manager, Mr. Samson Durosimi and two other staff in connection with his death.

Though they have been granted bail, the police have temporarily shut the hotel to enable them carry out further investigation.

Narrating what happened, Durosimi told P.M.NEWS that Moses resumed night duty and was active throughout the night.

He expressed shock to have found Moses dead the following morning.

When P.M.NEWS visited the scene of the incident, Moses’ clothes and slippers were still intact and only few staff were seen discussing the incident.

At Agbado police station, the Divisional Police Officer, DPO, was not around to comment on the matter. But police sources there confirmed the incident.

The police source also told our reporter that they are waiting for doctor’s report to know the next line of action to be taken.
