The African Social Enterprise Workshop (ASEW) is happy to announce the sixth edition of its flagship summit also known as Sustaining Impact Summit, set to occur in multiple African cities.

This year’s event promises to be the biggest and most impactful yet, bringing together social entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and sustainability leaders across the continent.

With a focus on empowering social entrepreneurs and fostering sustainable development, ASEW 2024 will offer a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration.

The summit will feature keynote addresses from industry leaders, panel discussions on pressing social issues, and interactive workshops designed to equip attendees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

In a press statement released in Lagos State, Nigeria, the Director of African Social Enterprise Workshop, Dr. Adeyemi Adelekan, says: “We are excited to host the sixth edition of ASEW and continue our mission of supporting social entrepreneurs in Africa.”

“This year’s summit will be a catalyst for innovation and impact, as we bring together a diverse community of change-makers to address the continent’s most pressing challenges.”

The ASEW Sustainable Impact summit is an hybrid event, which will take place virtually on 29th of August with panel discussions and presentations on the first day and onsite masterclasses in Abuja, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Cote d’Ivoire, Zambia, and Tunisia on August 30th.

The African Social Enterprise Workshop (ASEW) is a technical support platform for African social enterprises. Using interactive workshop as a medium of engagement, ASEW provides training and knowledge exchange activities to develop the skill set and capacity of African social entrepreneurs in creating sustainable organisations and lasting societal impact.
