PalmPay educates on priority payment method

Palmpay, a leading fintech platform, has announced an in-app payment feature called Priority Payment method to simplify transactions for its users. The innovative feature allows users to select their primary payment method for multiple payment options, including airtime/data top-up and bill payments.

According to the company’s management, the Priority Payment method aims to address the challenges of urgent transactions, such as topping up airtime during an important call. The feature enables users to prioritize their payment methods, ensuring seamless transactions.

The company listed key features of the Priority Payment method to include:

– Choosing airtime/data top-up and bill payment as the first selected option
– Excluding transactions like transfer, PayShop, withdrawal, and savings
– Automatically selecting the next available payment method if the set payment method is unavailable

To set up the Priority Payment Method, users can follow these steps:

1. Open the PalmPay app and navigate to Settings
2. Click on ‘Payment Setting’
3. Select ‘Priority Payment Method’
4. Choose the preferred Priority Payment Method

Palmpay however said its customer support team is available on social media to assist with any inquiries or concerns.
