The Association of Voice Over Artistes (AVOA) with the Lagos state Ministry of Tourism will tomorrow hold the second annual reggae carnival at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos to mark this year’s Independence Day.

The Chairman of the Association, Kelly Adams said the carnival is tagged Nigeria Unite so as to bring all Reggae, Hip Hop Artistes and everyone together because Reggae music as well as musicians are not recognised in Nigeria.

He added that the carnival will be used as a medium to reach out to the people.

Kelly said there will be a lot of packages such as Free Medical Check-up among others for families present at the carnival.
