‘Karate Has Come To Stay’

Secretary General of Karate Federation of Nigeria, KFN, Clement Iyaluegbeghe, has said that the sport has come to stay in the country.

The karate scribe said this while giving an assessment of the sport since its introduction into the country.

Iyaluegbeghe explained that the sport is progressing though it was brought into the country after Nigeria gained independence from Britain 51 years ago.

“Karate is progressing in Nigeria though it was imported into the country after independence. The sport is already established in the land despite the fact that it is not a Nigerian sport,” said Iyaluegbeghe.
