Starcomms Introduces Student, Weekend Data Plans

Starcomms Plc., Nigeria’s Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) operator, has introduced a student data plan as well as a weekend data plan offer.

The student data plan will save the customer N3,000 from the original cost of procuring a modem and one month internet access. The objective is to confirm Starcomms’ commitment to availing Nigerian students unlimited internet access to aid their research.

Mr. Logan Pather, Chief Executive Officer of Starcomms said the student data plan would serve as a ‘welcome back to school offer’ for students while the weekend data plan is a competitive data tariff plan only for the weekend, and it is meant for customers who want to make the most of the weekend surfing.

The student data plan offer comprises USB plus 2 GB data plan valid for 30 days at N8,999.
