Addressing a crowd of supporters, Trump revisited his 2020 loss to President Joe Biden, framing it as an outcome marred by “cheating” and declaring that he won “millions and millions more votes” than in his 2016 victory over Hillary Clinton.
“It spurred me on to run for a third time,” Trump added, without conceding his 2020 defeat, a race he lost by nearly seven million votes.
