Seven Up Bottling Company Plc has pledged its continuous contribution to the Nigerian economy through the establishment of more plants and other supporting infrastructure across the country to support its operations. And to celebrate this joyous occasion, it has embarked on a number of initiatives that will both delight its consumers and uplift them to heights never imagined.
Faysal El-Khalil (OON), Chairman of the company, said Seven Up will hold a musical concert on 16 October, 2010, which he said, promises to be one of the most exciting concerts ever held in Nigeria.
The concert will be held at the Eko Exposition Centre where some of the most exciting international and Nigerian artistes will perform. It will be on a scale never seen before in Nigeria and enthrall music lovers across the nation.
Seven Up has also instituted a scholarship in partnership with the prestigious Harvard Business School. The programme will allow one selected student to attend the two-year MBA programme with all expenses paid for the entire period of his or her study.
This initiative is a clear demonstration of the company’s commitment to give back to the society under its corporate social responsibility programme, thereby participate in developing the future leadership of the country.
