Futureseed Nigeria Soccer Talent Quest is set to search for 30 grassroots players in the female and male categories, that will go to Europe for training tour.
The project coordinator, Micheal Obiego, confirmed to Grassroot Soccer Guide that they have designated some centres where the screening exercise will hold.
Some of the cities selected for the exercise include Lagos, Ibadan, Akure, Asaba, Port Harcourt, Aba, Enugu, Markurdi, Minna and Kano.
Others are Yenagoa, Calabar, Kaduna, Owerri and Osogbo.
Obiego said they will first pick 110 players in the male and prune them to 15.
“For the female players, we will pick 70 players from the centres before we select 15 players that will make the final list.
“ We will now camp the 30 players, both male and female, for some weeks before we take them to Europe on a training tour, he said.
