A Lagos based Real Estate firm, Nice Dreams Properties Limited has fulfilled its pledge of giving out free plots of land to its customers, via a raffle draw held at the Banquet Hall of Lagos, Travel Inn, Ikeja.
Winners of the draws emerged from a list o customers who bought plots of land during the firm’s Mowe / Ofada Land sales Promotion held between October 2009 and May, 2010.
Three Categories of land won at the draws included a Full Plot of land (648Sqm) worth N720,000, Half Plot of Land (324 Sqm) worth N400,000 and Quarter Plot of land (162Sqm) worth N220,000.
Mr. Emmanuel O. Ugbulebor, who emerged as the star winner of a plot of land in his category was full of joy.
He said, “this is the best offer/ prize I have got so far in my lifeâ€.
The second free land of half a plot was won by Mr. Ojo Kolawole Oyetola while the third land of Quarter plot was won by Mr. Fagbenro Oluseye Adewale.
Fagbenro said, “the promotion price for the land that I bought was for N145,000 but now the same size of land I won is worth N220,000. That is a good deal,†he concluded.
Speaking during the raffle draw promotion, Barrister Femi Inwang, Executive Director, Nice Dreams Properties Ltd said the firm will continue to assist individuals in achieving their dreams of building their own houses at affordable cost.
Also commenting during the ceremony, Architect Richard Uwagie, Managing Director of Nice Dreams Properties Ltd, said “the firm is just fulfilling its promise of giving free land to three lucky winners and at the same time contributing to government’s vision of making houses available to allâ€.
Nice Dreams Properties Ltd, during the Mowe / Ofada Sales Promotion, also created a convenient payment plan for its customers and also gave free architectural design worth N100,000 and allocated land within three weeks of payment for individuals, who wanted to start building, immediately.
