Old Students of Nigerian Institute of Journalism, NIJ, will hold their end of the year meeting on Sunday, 12 December at 6 Seye Close, Oke Ira, Ogba, Lagos, Nigeria.
According to the Protem Chairman of the NIJ alumni, Mr. Johnson Afolayan, the association, which contains mostly students of the 91/93 set of the foremost journalism institute, will meet for the last time in 2010 to appraise what the alumni has achieved in the outgoing year and discuss plans of the association for 2011.
“We are meeting on 12 December to discuss what we achieved in the outgoing year and project for the new year,†said Afolayan
Secretary of the association, Mr. Jide Apete told P.M.NEWS at the weekend that most members of the alumni have been communicated and he assured of a full house.
Apete disclosed that members of the association will also use the last meeting of the year to dine and wine with one another as well as use the occasion to thank God for His protection and guidance over the members.
