Information Officer of Agbado-Oke Odo Local Council Development Area, Mrs. Ify Olaosebikan has rated the performance of the council boss, Pastor Kenny Okunmuyide, high.
In a chat with PMNEWS, Olaosebikan said Okumuyide has performed creditably since he assumed office. She explained that the council’s efforts were evident in the construction and rehabilitation of roads, education, sports and youth development, neighbourhood security, provision of potable water, electricity transformers and others.
She disclosed that the chairman rehabilitated roads which were formerly impassable and sunk boreholes in various places in the area. Some of the roads rehabilitated by the council, according to her, include Owodunni Street, Alagbado, Ifedara Avenue, Lisabi Street, among others.
“In the area of education, the Agbado-Oke-Odo LCDA has provided educational materials to over 15 schools in the area, while some schools were rehabilitated and computers provided for learning,” she added.
