A Lagos High Court judge has ordered that a bench warrant be issued for the immediate apprehension and arrest of one Adeleke Arogundade a.k.a. Akanni Moshood Kayode if he fails to appear before the court tomorrow, 7 February, 2012.
Giving the order, Justice S.B.A. Candide-Johnson, also directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Yaba, Lagos, to arrest sureties of the suspect.
The suspect, who is standing trial in suit number LCD/138/2010, over alleged involvement in a criminal case, is alleged to have jumped bail, having been absent in court for the continuation of the trial.
The suspect, according to the prosecuting counsel, R. O. Aroyewun, resided at 32A, Lawani Street, Abule Oja, Yaba, Lagos.
