Hadijat Football Club have emerged winners of the Late Hadijat Memorial Cup.
The club defeated Colocolo Football Club 2-0 in the final held on Sunday at the Igando playground, Alimosho Local Government Area, Lagos State, to emerge champions of the tourney.
Taofeek Balogun and Kehinde Amoo’s two goals sealed victory for Hadijat Football Club in an encounter watched by hundreds of spectators.
Hadijat coach, Kehinde Amoo, said he was grateful that his team emerged winners. Amoo said the encounter was a keenly contested which was won by a better side.
Match Coordinator, Sulaiman Gbadamonsi, was grateful to God for the success of the competition.
