Upcoming R&B and Pop act, Prince John Williams otherwise known as 2LP has released his debut single dubbed Nigerian Girls.
Speaking with P.M.Entertainment, Abia state-born Williams informed that the single is dedicated to Nigerian girls to appreciate them for their uniqueness. He noted that ladies always stand out in whatever they choose to do.
“I feel it is high time we celebrated them for that uniqueness,” he said.
The 200 level student of Federal University of Technology, Minna disclosed that his sobriquet, 2LP means 2 Lovely People, emanating from his experience with his parents.He disclosed further that he started music three years ago. “To me it was a clarion call to sing, hence, I embraced it with passion,” he said.
He said the late Michael Jackson and Bob Marley are his role models owing to their heartwarming lyrics.
Nigerian Girls, produced by J-Blo is enjoying airplay across the nation.
