Nollywood actors have been billed to appear at Green-White-Green Musical Concert and Cultural Show in Paris, France.

At the event, aimed at celebrating Nigeria at 52, some of the movie practitioners expected to be in attendance are Omoni Oboli, Nse lkpe Etim, Desmond Elliot, Joke Silva, Aki & Pawpaw, Yomi Fash Lanso, Kalu Ikeagwu, Segun Arinze, lyabo Ojo and Ekpeyong Bassey.

Nollywood Reel gathered that between 16 and 18 November 2012, the Nigerian community and Europe – France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom and more, will convene in Paris for the event.

The three-day event is dubbed the first ever elaborate celebration of Nigeria and its rich culture in the European continent.

The event will be celebrated, in a country that truly appreciates arts and culture -France – a country which enriches dialogue and exchange with many foreign cultures, including the Nigerian culture.

The three-day celebration will be loaded with fun and excitement, with Nigerians in the Diaspora joining hands to celebrate their heritage and homeland.

The keynote theme for the event is: “Arise O Compatriots — Ask Not What Your Country Can Do For You., Ask What You Can Do For Your Country.”

The theme reflects the need for all Nigerians worldwide to arise in the spirit of TRUE PATRIOTISM, and join hands in moving Nigeria forward.

The classic event will also set out to promote learning, world peace and international understanding and advance progressive cultural, social and economic relations through Nigeria’s rich music, art and entertainment.

The event is conceptualised and presented by Ekotainment Productions/Hemmalux Entertainment IVAUGHAN-JOHNSON Productions, Lagos, Nigeria, in partnership with Miiki Restaurant, Paris, France.
