Ahead of the primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC, former vice president of Nigeria and presidential aspirant for the 2015 election, Atiku Abubakar, on Friday visited the Lagos State House of Assembly.
His visit follows another to his former boss, Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
Atiku, who got to the Lagos State House of Assembly on Friday evening, was received by members of the House and ushered into one of the conference rooms in the Speaker’s office.
Welcoming him to the House, Speaker Adeyemi Ikuforiji, explained that the lawmakers had the nod of the National Leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, to honour him.
Atiku and the lawmakers later went into a closed-door meeting that was still on-going at the time of this report.
