Many times, I’ve been asked by my friends to give my testimony of what the right type of nutrition and exercise has done for me. I want it understood that I’m not a doctor, but a product of the Hallelujah Acres Health Ministers Training.
God used Hallelujah diet to save my life and others; people need alternative health information. Here’s some good stuff. What you do with it is up to you. This is not presented as any sort of dietary salvation, but I refused to be a pushover in pursuit of the truth of a better way to empower our-self healing bodies.
If my efforts serve, even in some small way, to enlighten and heal my fellow man, I say, ‘’to God be the glory’’because I have found the answer to God’s way to health and I’m obligated to give it.
After many years of health challenges and fear of being sick, I’ve found the true way to health and I’d be a traitor to my generation if I did not share it. I believe it is a sin to be sick if you could be well. I believe in divine prevention more than divine healing because the first would prevent the need of the latter.
The only thing that stands between you and your own perfect health is knowledge and right information. Empowered with the sound information, you can improve your diet and lifestyle, reduce your dependence on prescription drugs, enhance your quality of life, and expand your physical, social, economic, mental awareness, etc.
It’s not complicated. The human body already knows how to be healthy. All you have to do is give your body the food it needs so it has the right building materials in place to heal disease and rebuild itself from inside out. Today, more than 97 percent of all chronic disease is caused by food choices, toxic food ingredients, nutritional deficiencies, and lack of physical exercise. Which means you can prevent almost every kind of chronic disease, in large part, by avoiding certain types of dangerous food. When I was thirty nine, I was overweight, I was hypertensive, and I suffered from hemorrhoids, fatigue and severe pains. I decided-that wasn’t the way I wanted to live. I wanted to be strong and healthy. I continued to look for answers until I was introduced to Hallelujah Diet by a friend. The teachings of Rev. George H. Malkmus-the founder of Hallelujah Acresopened my eyes. Rev. Malkmus talked about consumption of certain natural plant-based food, detoxification, and the dangers of modern processed foods and other harmful chemicals. Then, I knew a little about health and nutrition, but Rev. George Malkmus teachings inspired a new desire to discover the facts about health. So I started studying. As I read more and more books. I learned more about nutrition; learning that food could be used to heal the body was amazing, this helped me, change my diets and lifestyle. I began to read food labels. I decided that I wanted to eat better for myself and my family. I had a horrific diet and it showed up in my health. I thought to myself-if I wanted to be around to see my grandchildren I better get my act together. I got rid of refined-sugar. I got rid of dairy products. I got rid of refined flour, etc. The changes started to happen automatically. Within one year, I lost 40-kilogramme and the hypertension, hemorrhoids, chronic pains and fatigue went away. That’s the beautiful thing about the human body and its ability to heal itself. If you do the right things, the body will heal itself.
With the above result, I decided to formalize my knowledge of God’s way to ultimate health through Hallelujah Acres. Rev.Malkmus at the age of 42 was told that he had colon cancer, along with some other serious physical problems. But, he overcomes these illnesses by simply changing his diet and lifestyle. So after completing my Health Minister’s Training, I felt even more confident that I could help others live a healthy lifestyle.
I founded Living Foods Conservation & Utilization based on my desire to help spread the Hallelujah Acres health messages. I’m now a consultant on Hallelujahdiet. That’s what I hope to keep teaching others to do. If you want to live long, don’t eat man made food; eat God’s original food.
