Two suspected female suicide bombers detonated explosives at Sabon Gari Market in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno, killing three persons

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Aderemi Opadokun, disclosed this in an interview with NAN in Maiduguri.

Opadokun said that five other persons were also injured in the incident, which occurred at about 11am

He said that the explosives were strapped to their bodies.
