Members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP from the 118 electoral wards, and seven Local Government Areas of Anambra South Senatorial District have accused the All Progressives Congress, APC, of being behind the stories flying around that Olisa Metuh, National Publicity Secretary of the PDP has been suspended.

The members denied suspending Metuh calling on those sponsoring the story to publish the names and signatures of all those who signed for Metuh’s suspension if they had such evidence.

In a communique issued on Friday and signed by nine PDP members from the district, they stated that the said media reports about the purported suspension of Metuh did not emanate from either Otolo Ward 1, or any of the wards and Local Government Area in Anambra South Senatorial District.

The communique was signed by Chief Jude Osude, Chairman of PDP in Anambra South Zone, Barr. Osita Igbokwe, Chairman of PDP in Aguata Local Government, Engr. Gozie Igwe, Chairman PDP in Ekwusigo Local Government, Chief Emma Obilakaba, Chairman of PDP in Ihiala Local Government, Engr.
