Kidnappers threaten to bury Eke, Nollywood star, alive

Rivers State-born singer and entertainer whose stage name is Muma Gee, has cried out that abductors of her Nollywood actor husband, Prince Eke, have threatened to bury him alive if his family failed to pay N15 million ransom.

Prince Eke was abducted on Saturday, 5 December, 2015 along Port Harcourt-Owerri road after he returned from shooting a movie in Asaba, Delta state.

The kidnappers are said to have contacted Muma Gee and demanded the ransom.

Muma Gee is passionately appealing to the kidnappers to free her husband with no conditions attached.

She told them that her husband is just a Nollywood actor, and they don’t have the means to raise that amount of money within a short time.

The distraught Muma Gee is said to her pleaded with the abductors of her husband that the roles actors play in a movie is a make-believe and does mean they are rich in real life.

Prince Eke made his acting debut in 2003. In 2011 he married popular singer Muma Gee.They had twins, a boy and a girl in 2014.

Muma Gee is a Rivers-born entertainer and musician from the Ekpeye ethnic nationality in Ahoada.

She is known for her brand of music with rich and unique costume on stage performances.

She is graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt.
