Tottenham signify interest in Jesse Lingard

Lingard

Jesse Linngard: Former Manchester United player now at Nottingham Forest.

Tottenham have made contact with Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard over a potential move to north London.

After the midfielder’s promising loan spell at West Ham during the second half of last season, his return to Manchester United has seen him get relegated to the bench once again.

Since the appointment of interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, the midfielder is yet to feature in any league game for United.

He only tasted few minutes of action during their 1-0 win against Aston Villa in the FA Cup third round.
