Big Slesh announces 'Slesh Music Worldwide’s ‘Octoberfest Tour’

As he gears up for the release of his yet to be titled debut EP, Solomon Eshegbe popularly known as Big Slesh aka Slesh has unveiled his plans to embark on a promotional tour to create awareness for his forthcoming EP.

The Nigerian born South Africa based artist told us the tour tentatively tagged “OCTOBERFEST TOUR” will kick off from Capetown and then head to other major cities like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Soweto & Bloemfontein. It will comprise live performances at select venues, radio/media visits for interviews, meet and greet, autograph signing and photo sessions.

The tour is tentatively scheduled to begin on the 1st of October and run through the 31st of Oct., 2022. He said that no dates have been confirmed yet as they are still in talks with several clubs that have been earmarked as venues.

Big Slesh said that the need to promote Slesh Music Worldwide and the forthcoming EP inspired him to go on a proper promotional tour to drum up support and create awareness.

“As a new indie label we want to put ourselves out there to let people know we are ready and now open for business and any form of partnerships or collaborations musically or otherwise,” Slesh stated.

Some of the venues listed for the tour include Saint Night club & Sneakers Cartel Nightclub both in Cape Town. Solomon said that planning a tour is not an easy feat, but that the relaxation of the stringent Covid safety measures has helped. “My team and I are already in talks with several venues and club owners, as well as the local health authorities to ensure adequate safety measures are in place for the tour”, Big Slesh added.

Eshegbe ‘Big Slesh’ Solomon is a singer, rapper, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of Slesh Music Worldwide, an independent label based in South Africa.

Big Slesh promised to unveil the full tour timetable as soon as all the necessary arrangements are concrete.
