Manchester City’s unbeaten run ended on Saturday after a shocking 1-2 defeat at Wolves, but they still remain on top of the premier league.

Liverpool could go top if they beat Tottenham by at least 2-0 in a later match this evening.

An own-goal on 13 minutes gave Wolves the lead over City. Ruben Dias, who attempted to block the ball after a cross, sent it into the bottom right corner of his own goal.

On 30 minutes, Phil Foden went on a mazy run, skipped past two defenders and pulled the trigger in front of the keeper. Jose Sa made a decent save to deny his effort directed to the bottom right corner.
