American pop star Taylor Swift has now joined the ranks of billionaire musicians, standing alongside Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, and Diddy, as confirmed by Forbes.
Notably, Swift is the first musician to achieve this milestone solely through her music and live performances.
According to Forbes’ recent update on their website, Swift‘s net worth has reached $1.1 billion.
Forbes elaborated on her wealth, revealing that over $500 million comes from accumulated royalties and touring, complemented by a music catalogue valued at $500 million, and an additional $125 million in real estate assets.
“Her fortune includes more than $500 million in estimated wealth amassed from royalties and touring, plus a music catalog worth $500 million and some $125 million in real estate,” Forbes noted.
Earlier, Billboard had reported projections indicating that her 2023 Eras Tour is poised to gross $1 billion by year-end.
