At least four state governors whose cases will be decided by the Supreme Court on Friday, are already in court.
The apex court is expected to deliver judgements on governorship appeals for seven states. The affected states are Lagos, Kano, Zamfara, Plateau, Ebonyi, Bauchi, and Cross River.
The governors confirmed to have arrived at the Supreme Court are the Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuff; Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed; Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, and Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang.
Also in court are political associates of the governors.
The Supreme Court however, insists, that each of the parties in all of the cases must only be represented by the maximum of two lawyers during the delivery of the judgements.
