Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has expressed gratitude after receiving the prestigious Trailblazer award at the 2024 Silverbird Man of the Year Awards.
Last week, Silverbird announced that the actress would be honoured for her fearless and dynamic contributions to Nollywood.
On Sunday, she was officially recognized with the award.
Taking to Instagram, Toyin shared a message, emphasizing that the recognition serves as a reminder that hard work, perseverance, and passion never go unnoticed. She described herself as a testament to every dreamer who dares to push boundaries and break barriers.
Reflecting on her journey, the actress acknowledged the challenges she has faced, stating that every setback has strengthened her and every victory has fueled her purpose.
She dedicated the award to young girls with big dreams, determined filmmakers, and believers in the power of storytelling.
