“Adamawa is still in the North,” Saskay claps back at comment

Reality TV star and beauty influencer, Saskay, has responded with sarcasm after being told on social media that she is not a Northern woman.

The conversation began when Saskay posted a photo of herself on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption: “Another lovely day being a northern woman.”

In response, a user challenged her identity, commenting: “Saskay, you’re not a Northern woman. You’re from the Middle Belt!” The remark, which inaccurately categorized Adamawa State as part of Nigeria’s Middle Belt, prompted a witty reply from the influencer.

Quoting the tweet, Saskay wrote: “Ah ahn. You people moved Adamawa to the Middle Belt and did not tell me?”
