Famous American filmmaker Tyler Perry has responded to the sexual assault lawsuit levied against him.
Tyler’s legal representative Matthew Boyd released a statement to address the case, while stating that the claims are fabricated
In the statement to TMZ, Boyd also regarded the lawsuit as a scam.
“This is an individual who got close to Tyler Perry for what now appears to be nothing more than setting up a scam. But Tyler will not be shaken down, and we are confident these fabricated claims of harassment will fail,” he said.
The lawsuit was filed against the filmmaker on Friday by Derek Dixon. He alleged him of harassment, sexual assault and hostile work environment.
