Atalanta have confirmed the appointment of Raffaele Palladino as their new head coach.
The 41-year-old Italian has signed a contract that will keep him at the club until June 2027, according to a post by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday.

Before joining Atalanta, Palladino managed Fiorentina, where he signed a two-year deal in 2024.
His tenure in Florence was marked by an attacking philosophy and a strong focus on youth development, which earned him praise despite a challenging conclusion to his time with the Viola.
Atalanta CEO Luca Percassi expressed optimism about Palladino’s arrival, describing him as a forward-thinking coach capable of guiding the club into a new era.
Palladino’s first major challenge will be steering Atalanta through their ongoing league campaign and upcoming European fixtures.
