StarTimes Nigeria has announced plans to broadcast all 104 matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026 live to football fans across the country, while also rewarding subscribers with prizes worth ₦50 million through a nationwide promotional campaign.

StarTimes Nigeria confirmed the development at a press conference held in Lagos on Tuesday.

The pay-TV operator said subscribers will be able to watch every match of the expanded tournament from June 11 to July 19, 2026, on its dedicated sports channels, ST Sports Life (CH253/243) and ST World Football (CH254/245), as well as on the StarTimes ON streaming application.

According to StarTimes Nigeria, the World Cup coverage will be accompanied by its “Watch the World Cup. Win Big.” campaign, which is designed to reward customers throughout the tournament.

StarTimes Nigeria disclosed that subscribers who qualify during the campaign period will stand a chance to win prizes from a total reward pool valued at ₦50 million.

The company stated that the star prize is a ₦10 million cash reward, which will be drawn live on the night of the FIFA World Cup final on July 19, 2026.

StarTimes Nigeria further revealed that the campaign will also reward subscribers with seven StarTimes H30 Solar Home Systems and 14 StarTimes S130b bundles, each comprising a decoder-enabled television package.

According to the company, customers will automatically qualify for the promotion by purchasing and activating a new StarTimes DTH or DTT decoder, renewing or reactivating a Basic, Class or Super Bouquet subscription, or purchasing and activating a StarTimes S130b Solar bundle.

StarTimes Nigeria emphasized that participation in the campaign requires no registration forms or special codes, noting that entry becomes automatic once an eligible activation is completed between June 1 and July 19, 2026.
