The Portuguese coach also stated that Chukwueze will stay at the club alongside other players being considered for the upcoming campaign.
AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim has ruled out the possibility of Samuel Chukwueze leaving the club this summer.
The Nigerian winger spent last season on loan at Premier League side Fulham, where he scored three goals and provided four assists in 26 appearances across all competitions.
Fulham were interested in signing Chukwueze permanently, but the deal failed to materialise after AC Milan refused to lower their €24 million asking price.
The 27-year-old has also been linked with a move to Turkey, but Amorim has made it clear that the former Villarreal star remains part of his plans for the new season.
Speaking to reporters, Amorim said Chukwueze possesses qualities that are important to the team, especially his ability to beat opponents in one-on-one situations. He added that the winger gives AC Milan more tactical options in attack.
The Portuguese coach also stated that Chukwueze will stay at the club alongside other players being considered for the upcoming campaign.
Chukwueze joined AC Milan from Spanish club Villarreal in 2023 and is expected to fight for a regular place in the team next season.
